Cao Ling was affected by the 921 earthquake, and many natural landscapes have changed. Looking up from the sandbank at the bottom of the lake, there has been changed into a different realm around with more natural animals and plants. The completely different scenery is quite new and special for teachers, students and the people, and has become a rare spot for demonstration of geological and ecological educations.
